HUD Requests Public Comments on Proposed Information Collection for Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is seeking public input on a proposed extension of the expiration date for an information collection related to Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The department is accepting comments on the proposed information collection, which includes revised forms HUD 60002 and HUD 958.
