NSF Announces Availability of Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Marine Seismic Research

The National Science Foundation (NSF) has made a Draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement/Overseas Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS/OEIS) available for public review and comment, as well as notice of upcoming public hearings, regarding marine seismic research funded by NSF or conducted by the USGS.
