OFPP and CAS Board Invite Public Comments on Proposed Rule to Eliminate Exemption for Contracts Outside the US

The Office of Federal Procurement Policy and the Cost Accounting Standards Board are seeking public input on a proposed rule to remove an exemption for contracts performed entirely outside the United States, its territories, and possessions from the Cost Accounting Standards.
