Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to Conform with Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System

The interim rule updates the Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement to align with the Federal Acquisition Regulation, introducing Department of Defense-specific policies and procedures for the Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System, replacing the use of Standard Form 294 and Standard Form 295 for small business subcontract reports.
