DoD Issues Interim Rule on Riding Gang Members for DoD Contracts

The US Department of Defense (DoD) has issued an interim rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement new requirements for riding gang members and DoD-exempted individuals working on US-flag vessels under DoD contracts for transportation services, as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009.
