Agency Information Collection Activities: Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC or Commission) hereby gives notice that it has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget a request for an extension of the existing collection requirements under 46 CFR 515--Licensing, Financial Responsibility Requirements and General Duties for Ocean Transportation Intermediaries and Related Forms. The FMC has requested an extension of an existing collection as listed below.
