Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board Recommends Amendment to Department of Energy's Nuclear Safety Rule

The Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board has requested the Secretary of Energy to amend the Department of Energy's nuclear safety rule, following a recommendation under the Federal Mine Safety Act of 1977 (30 U.S.C. 820 et seq.)
