USACE Announces Intent to Prepare Draft EIS for Great Lakes and Mississippi River Interbasin Study

The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Chicago District is planning to prepare a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and host public meetings to gather public input on a study aimed at reducing the risk of aquatic nuisance species transfer between the Great Lakes and Mississippi River basins.
