Use of Public Housing Capital Funds for Financing Activities

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has made a technical correction to the preamble of the final rule on Capital Fund Financing, published on October 21, 2010. The correction removes a paragraph from the 'Findings and Certifications' section that is only relevant to economically significant rules, which this rule is not.
