PBGC Requests OMB Extension of Approval for Information Collection on Liability for Single-Employer Plan Termination

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is seeking public comment on its request to extend approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a collection of information related to liability for termination of single-employer plans, with the current approval set to expire on March 31, 2011.
