Clarification of the Post Office Box Lock Replacement Fee

The Postal Service will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM[supreg]) 508.4.8.4 to clarify the applicability of the lock replacement fee for Post Office TM boxes to reflect current practice.
