DoD Proposes Amendment to DFARS Definition of Sexual Assault

The Department of Defense is proposing to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to clarify its definition of sexual assault, ensuring contractor employees are aware of the DoD's definition and that such offenses are covered under the Uniform Code of Military Justice for employees accompanying U.S. Armed Forces deployed outside the United States.
