NTSB Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Approval

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is requesting public comment on a proposed form to collect contact information of family members and friends of accident victims and survivors seeking updates from the NTSB's Office of Transportation Disaster Assistance.
