Copyright Royalty Judges Announce 1.2% Cost of Living Adjustment to Satellite Carrier Compulsory License Royalty Rates
The Copyright Royalty Judges have implemented a 1.2% cost of living adjustment to the royalty rates paid by satellite carriers under the compulsory license of the Copyright Act, effective from October 2010.
