HUD Publishes Draft Guidance for Section 202 and Section 811 Housing Programs, Inviting Public Comment

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has made available a draft notice updating its guidance for the Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly and Section 811 Supportive Housing for Persons with Disabilities Programs. The public is invited to review and comment on the draft notice, which includes revised procedures for processing applications and fund reservations, until January 18, 2011.
