Federal Government Proposes New System for Verifying Electronic Authentication

The US government is issuing a public notice of its intention to establish a new system of records, the Central Repository of Electronic Authentication Data Master File, to collect and verify the identity of individuals using electronic services, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
