HUD Multifamily Rental Project Closing Documents Revisions and Updates: 30-Day Notice of Information Collection

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing a 30-day notice to inform the public that it is revising and updating a set of closing documents used in Federal Housing Administration (FHA) multifamily rental projects, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The updated documents will undergo public comment every three years to retain Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval.
