Army Plans to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Texas Training Center

The US Department of the Army is planning to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement to assess the environmental and social impacts of acquiring approximately 22,232 acres in south Texas for a training center, which will support the training needs of Texas Army National Guard units.
