Rangers Baseball Express, LLC Seeks Exemption from Bond/Escrow Requirement for Sale of Assets

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) has received a request from Rangers Baseball Express, LLC, to exempt the company from posting a bond or depositing money in escrow for a five-year period when selling assets related to the Major League Baseball Players Pension Plan, a multiemployer pension plan.
