USAID to Establish New Financial Management System in Compliance with Privacy Act

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is issuing a public notice to establish a new system of records, USAID-33 Phoenix Financial Management System, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, to meet agency requirements and publish the existence and character of record systems in the Federal Register.
