Farm Credit Administration Issues Final Rule on Pension Disclosure and Senior Officer Compensation

The Farm Credit Administration has issued a final rule requiring disclosure of pension benefit and supplemental retirement plans, as well as a discussion of the link between senior officer compensation and performance, effective 30 days after publication in the Federal Register.
