GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy Receives Approval to Renew U.S. Advanced Boiling Water Reactor Design Certification

GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy has been accepted by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission to proceed with the renewal of its Advanced Boiling Water Reactor design certification, a key step towards maintaining the safety and efficiency of its nuclear power plants.
