Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Extension of Information Collection Form for Nuclear Material Transaction Reports

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, requesting an extension of its information collection form, DOE/NRC Form 740M, which is used to report nuclear material transactions. The form is required to inform the U.S. or the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) of any qualifying statements or exceptions to data contained in other reporting forms.
