NRC Proposes Fee Schedule Revisions to Recover 90% of FY 2011 Budget

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is proposing fee schedule amendments to recover 90% of its FY 2011 budget, totaling approximately $915.7 million, in accordance with the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990.
