U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Amends Regulations to Include HI-STORM Flood/Wind Cask System
The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is adding the HI-STORM Flood/Wind cask system to its list of approved spent fuel storage casks, allowing power reactor operators to store spent fuel in this system under a general license.
