NRC Submits Proposal for OMB Review of Information Collection for Nuclear Materials Inventory

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review of its information collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The NRC is seeking public comment on the collection of information, specifically DOE/NRC Form 742C, which is used for physical inventory listings of nuclear materials, and is required annually for persons licensed to possess special nuclear or source material.
