Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Requests Comments on Information Collection for Material Balance Report

The NRC has submitted a proposal for the collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The proposal involves the submission of a Material Balance Report, which is required annually for persons licensed to possess nuclear materials.
