CFTC Amends Swap Data Access Regulations Under Dodd-Frank Act

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is updating its rules for accessing swap data held by swap data repositories, as mandated by the Fixing America's Surface Transportation Act of 2015, to align with the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010.
