Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Public Comment on Renewal of Information Collection for Safeguards on Nuclear Material

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public comment on its intention to request the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) approval for renewal of an existing information collection related to safeguards on nuclear material, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The collection, which involves selected licensees reporting to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the NRC, requires approximately 2,400 hours annually.
