Nuclear Regulatory Commission Amends Fee Schedules to Recover 90% of FY 2011 Budget

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is increasing licensing, inspection, and annual fees to recover 90% of its FY 2011 budget, totaling approximately $916.2 million, in accordance with the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990 and the Department of Defense and Full-Year Continuing Appropriations Act, 2011.
