U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Extends Public Comment Period for Draft Regulatory Guide on Fuel Cycle Facility Changes

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has extended the public comment period for its Draft Regulatory Guide DG-3037, which outlines the types of changes to fuel cycle facilities that require prior approval, until September 16, 2011, from the original August 12, 2011 deadline.
