NRC Extends Public Comment Period for Draft License Renewal Interim Staff Guidance

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public input on its Draft License Renewal Interim Staff Guidance (LR-ISG) until October 23, 2011, after initially requesting comments in August 2011, and will hold a public meeting on October 12, 2011, to discuss the draft guidance.
