U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Submits Proposal for Voluntary Reporting of Performance Indicators for Review by Office of Management and Budget

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, requesting a 60-day comment period on the collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The proposal, which is an extension of a previously approved information collection, requires quarterly reporting from power reactor licensees and is estimated to require approximately 85,300 hours annually.
