NRC Staff Issues Final Guidance to Address Gas Accumulation Issues in Nuclear Power Plants

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has released its final interim staff guidance to clarify issues related to gas accumulation in safety-related systems at nuclear power plants, updating guidance provided in the Standard Review Plan for the Review of Safety Analysis Reports for Nuclear Power Plants.
