U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Withdraws Draft Regulatory Guide for Conventional Uranium Mills License Applications

The NRC has withdrawn its proposed Draft Regulatory Guide DG-3024, which was intended to standardize the format and content of license applications for conventional uranium mills, following public comments and a decision not to revise the underlying Regulatory Guide RG 3.5 at this time.
