U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Submits Proposal for Information Collection Review Under Paperwork Reduction Act

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal for review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) regarding the collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The NRC is seeking public comment on the proposal, which involves the use of NRC Form 354, 'Data Report on Spouse,' and is required on an occasional basis by NRC contractors, licensees, applicants, and others who marry or cohabitate after completing certain forms.
