NRC Announces New Criteria for Identifying Nuclear Material Licensees

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has released new criteria for identifying nuclear material licensees, which will be discussed at the Agency Action Review Meeting (AARM), a meeting where senior NRC managers review agency actions and licensee performance, and develop coordinated courses of action to address safety and security issues.
