DoD, GSA, and NASA Adopt Final Rule on Public Access to FAPIIS

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have finalized an interim rule requiring public access to the Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPIIS), with certain exceptions, in accordance with the Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2010.
