GSA Reinstates Guidance on Final Payment Under Construction and Building Service Contracts

The General Services Administration (GSA) is restoring guidance on releasing claims after construction and building service contracts to ensure contractors are paid according to their contract requirements, following the removal of this guidance in the recent Rewrite of GSAR regulations.
