GSA Form 3040 Information Collection Extension Request Under Paperwork Reduction Act

The Regulatory Secretariat is requesting OMB approval to extend a previously approved information collection requirement for GSA Form 3040, which tracks surplus property donations by state agencies. The public is invited to comment on the necessity and utility of the collection, as well as suggestions for improving its quality and clarity.
