US Government Agencies Issue Interim Rule to Implement Colombia Free Trade Agreement

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have issued an interim rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in accordance with the United States-Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement, a free trade agreement that aims to provide non-discriminatory treatment of eligible products and services from Colombia.
