DoD, GSA, and NASA Adopt Final Rule on Federal Acquisition Regulation for Executive Compensation and Contract Awards

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have finalized a rule requiring contractors to disclose executive compensation and first-tier subcontractor awards on contracts exceeding $25,000, in line with the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 and the Government Funding Transparency Act of 2008.
