DARPA Added to New Mexico Tax Agreement Under Final FAR Rule

The Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and NASA are issuing a final rule to add DARPA to the list of agencies with a separate tax agreement with New Mexico, eliminating double taxation for Government cost-reimbursement contracts involving purchases of tangible personal property in the state.
