DOD, GSA, and NASA Propose Changes to FAR Guidance for Time-and-Materials and Labor-Hour Contracts

The Department of Defense (DOD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are proposing amendments to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to provide clearer guidance on modifying time-and-materials and labor-hour contracts and orders.
