DOD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule on NAICS and FAR Amendments

The Department of Defense (DOD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have issued a final rule to clarify the use of North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes in federal contracting, requiring the Small Business Administration (SBA) to publish corresponding industry size standards before they can be used.
