Federal Acquisition Regulation: Request for Review of Information Collection on Bid Guarantees and Payment Protections

The Regulatory Secretariat is seeking OMB approval to extend a previously approved information collection on bid guarantees, performance and payment bonds, and alternative payment protections, inviting public comments on the necessity and utility of the collection.
