DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Interim Rule on FAR Requirements for Nondefense Agencies Acquiring Supplies and Services on Behalf of the DoD

The Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration are releasing an interim rule that adds new requirements to the Federal Acquisition Regulation for nondefense agencies purchasing goods and services on behalf of the DoD, in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008.
