USTR Requests Public Comments on Ecuador's Eligibility Under the Andean Trade Preference Act (ATPA)

The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) is seeking public comments on whether Ecuador, a beneficiary country under the Andean Trade Preference Act (ATPA), is meeting the eligibility criteria. This request is in compliance with section 203(f) of the ATPA, as amended, and will inform a report to Congress on the program's operation.
