U.S. Import Statistics for Competitive Need Limitations Under GSP Program Now Available

The U.S. government has made available import statistics for the first eight months of 2012 regarding competitive need limitations (CNLs) under the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) program, which may help interested parties decide whether to submit petitions to waive CNLs for certain developing countries.
