Twin-Star International and TS Investment Holding Corp. File Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Electric Fireplaces

Twin-Star International, Inc. and TS Investment Holding Corp. have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain electric fireplaces and components infringe on U.S. copyrights and trade secrets, and that the importation and sale of these products pose a threat to the U.S. industry.
